on how to help their loved one(s).
Every event includes two speakers who share their personal
experiences with Depression & Anxiety, Eating Disorders and/or Traumas.

We are united by past mental health experiences, we know and understand what it feels like.
We value each individual and always make them feel heard and included.
As members of Let's Break The Shame, we understand, guide, help and support you. Our activities create a safe space to listen to others and open up about your struggles yourself too.
We invite people to share their experiences without shame and believe in its “domino-reaction”.
While we tackle heavy-hearted topics, we always make sure there is room for humor & small talk 😃
