Public Speaking

Real conversations that ignite change.

We offer a range of customized talks and seminars to inform, destigmatize and break the shame around mental health issues in your organization.

Starting the conversation around mental health is hard. How do you signal to your employees and students that it’s safe to speak up? You want to be part of destigmatizing issues around mental health, but you don’t feel equipped to do so.

Luckily,

We are here to help you!

You need a way to spark the conversation. Someone to share their story to get the conversation going and break through the stereotypes. Depression is more than just laying in bed.
Eating disorders are not about food.

At Let’s Break The Shame, we believe in honest conversations. Sharing real-life stories and experiences that ignite change. As speakers and co-founders, we have both experienced issues such as
PTSD, anxiety, depression, and eating disorders.

Be the change!

We are the real-life examples that contradict the stereotypes. And we are now on a mission to share our experience and knowledge with others to break the shame surrounding it, educate and guide others.

As Iris has personally experiences
these issues, she wants to use her story to help others mentally climb our of a dark place.
